MLomas Design was opened in 2008. The proprietress, Monica, got her start in floral design when she went to Madrid to study dance. However, she spent most of her free time at her friend's flower shop where she learned the art of floral design. Although she eventually became a teacher and spent 7 years in the classroom, she decided to return to something she so dearly loved -- flowers.
